Playing on 5Stacks
These terms apply when you use 5Stacks (5stacks.gg and any 5Stacks app). By signing in you agree to them. Our privacy policy says what we do with your data.
Who can play
- You need a Riot account in good standing and must meet Riot's age requirements for VALORANT.
- Riot's own Terms of Service and VALORANT's rules keep applying to you while you play through 5Stacks. Nothing here overrides them.
- One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens on yours.
Fair play
Don't:
- cheat, use exploits, or play on someone else's account (no boosting, no account sharing or selling);
- throw matches, or arrange results to move anyone's ELO;
- harass, threaten or insult other players, including in lobby chat;
- attack, overload, scrape or try to get around 5Stacks's systems, or impersonate another player or us.
We may remove lobbies or messages, void results, reset ratings, or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report cheating to Riot.
ELO, levels and results
- 5Stacks ELO and levels are our own community ladder. They are not your Riot rank, not an estimate of it, and they have no value outside 5Stacks.
- Results come from Riot's match records for the custom you played. We may correct or void a result that is wrong or was gamed.
- We may change how ratings work or start new seasons.
What you post
You own what you write in lobby chat, and you let us show it to the players in that lobby. Don't post anything illegal, hateful or that isn't yours to share.
The service
- 5Stacks is free to use and provided as is. It can change, break or stop, and we don't promise it will always be available.
- Any 5Stacks app you install runs on your own PC and has to be used in line with Riot's terms.
- As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost matches, ratings or time, or for anything Riot or another service does.
Riot Games
5Stacks isn't endorsed by Riot Games. VALORANT and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Riot can end our access to its services at any time, and if it does, parts of 5Stacks stop working.
Ending things
You can stop using 5Stacks at any time and ask us to delete your account ([email protected]). We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes and contact
When these terms change we update the date at the top. Keeping on playing after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
